Do you want to feel better about yourself? If you improve your self-esteem, then you will discover that your relationships will benefit. Iona offers individual or group workshops on issues such as enhancing self-esteem and learning to be assertive.  

 

If you lack confidence and want to build a more confident self, then these workshops  will benefit you.  Sometimes being passive causes resentment to grow whereas being aggressive damages your relationships. It is important to learn how to be more assertive without being rude or offensive.

You will learn really effective ways to express yourself with dignity and in turn gain respect. Applying these strategies will make a difference to your relationships as a parent, brother, sister, partner, work colleague or neighbour.  

 

By completing a needs audit and discovering how to communicate effectively will definitely improve your connections with others.

Loss and Grief 

When you face loss of any kind there is always grief. The pain of grief seems to go on and on and there are no words to truly describe that pain.
